One of the main objectives of the Department is to develop greater understanding among practitioners and common people about the different philosophies of Hinduism. It also aims at the study and reinterpretation of Hindu Philosophical Texts.
The Department of Psychology focuses on the application of the Hindu Psychological principles in therapy and counselling. It will focus on key subjects such as Spiritual Psychotherapy, Pancakosha Therapy, Rehabilitation and Hindu Counselling. One of the main objectives of the Department is to develop greater understanding among community workers and professionals about the efficacy of the Integrated approaches found in Hindu literature. It also aims at the reinterpretation of Hindu Philosophical texts in the context of therapy and rehabilitation.
The Department of Leadership and Management is committed to the critique and improvement of leadership and management practices. It will focus on principles found in Hindu literature such as the Artha Shastra, Bhagavad Gita, Mahabharata, Ramayana and other Smrti literature.
The Department of Sanskrit aims to train students who are oriented towards the appreciation and understanding of the Sanskrit language. It will focus on a wide range of topics in the field of Hinduism from pure language study to religious practices. The department also aims to translate rare texts into english for further study.
The Department of Vedic Sciences aims to train students who aim to appreciate and practice Vastu, Jyotisha and Ayurveda. It will focus on elementary certificate programs in these subjects.
